Vigorous and dense autumn manure crop to provide cover against winter erosion. Used to improve soil texture and take up nutrients that may otherwise be lost to leaching over winter. Contains a blend of pea, ryecorn, vetch, crimson clover and ryegrass. Chop or mow down and dig or plough in prior to flowering. Sow during autumn.

North Island: You can sow slightly later (April–early May) due to milder winters.
South Island: Aim for March–April to allow enough establishment before cold sets in.
